On Sunday, August 25, 2024, for Hairdresser’s Day, Kérastase gave special attention to this occasion with the extraordinary launch of their newest line, Kérastase Première. In a unique way, via video, attendees were able to see how invited stylists from Puerto Rico arrived in Aruba, renting the Marriott Grand Ballroom to kick off this exclusive event.
The launch of Kérastase Première focuses on eliminating calcium damage in hair. Stylists were able to clearly see the difference between using normal water and using Kérastase products, noting how hair texture and color maintenance improved significantly.
Normally, events like this are hands-on training, but this time the presentation was done as a visual show. All stylists were dressed in white, representing the Kérastase color, in celebration of International Hairdresser’s Day. During the event, attendees received a brief presentation of the new line, followed by a cocktail hour at the Marriott Grand Ballroom.
Most of the attendees were stylists from Kérastase-affiliated salons, while special guests Tania Rodriguez and Gillian Santiago from Puerto Rico, educators for Kérastase and L'Oréal Professionnel, introduced the new line, inspired by a James Bond theme. The highlight of the event was when a suitcase with the Première products was passed from Tania Rodríguez to Mitch Almary (representing Swift Distribution) and then to Roberto Avalo, representing the Aruba market.
