Cluck Eggs & Poultry Supply began with a basic need: the demand for fresh eggs. Francis identified this gap in the market and took steps to fill it. “As a lover of animals and nature, I always had the desire to start a business in agriculture,” he shares. This passion combined with his personal commitment became the perfect formula for the success of his business.
More than just an egg supplier, Cluck Eggs & Poultry Supply focuses on creating an organic and free-range system where the chickens live in the best possible conditions. “Our priority is to provide our community with a high-quality product while caring for our animals with respect and love,” Francis explains. This commitment sets his business apart in the agricultural sector.
Francis also uses his passion to contribute to Aruba’s food security. “My plan is to grow agriculture in Aruba and involve the youth in the process so we can rely less on imports,” he says. His vision extends beyond business growth to strengthening agricultural communities in Aruba.
Like every entrepreneur, Francis faced challenges, the greatest of which was gaining support and convincing others of his vision. “My biggest challenge was believing in myself and finding people who believed in my idea too. I am grateful to my parents, siblings, and a special aunt who supported me from the start, especially during moments when I wanted to give up,” he recalls with gratitude.
However, the most rewarding moments for Francis come when he sees his efforts becoming a reality. Knowing he is providing Aruba with a 100% locally produced product of the highest quality fills his heart with pride.

Francis firmly believes that discipline and vision are the keys to success. “Losing is also winning. Every situation has something valuable to offer—it’s up to you to take the lesson and grow from it.”
