Susette and Mirouska met over 10 years ago through mutual friends and quickly discovered they shared a passion for art, design, and printing. Coincidentally, they both had their first work experiences in print shops Susette in her neighborhood and Mirouska near her father. In fact, Mirouska’s dad jokingly says he’s the “original owner” of FTP, having owned his own shop in the '90s.
After presenting their idea to him, he gave them the green light and even gifted them their first vinyl cutter and printer. Susette had an old computer, and the heat press was bought secondhand from a friend. In April 2015, they officially registered Family T-shirt Printing, operating from a small room in the home of Mirouska’s parents in Kudawecha.
Both had full-time jobs, and every cent they earned was reinvested. As more and more customers came, the room became too small and they built a larger space in the back. To stay in step with innovation in the world of design and printing, they expanded their machinery and invested in various industrial machines.
In 2020, in the midst of Covid, they took a bigger step. Following advice from their accountant, they transitioned from a sole proprietorship to a VBA company called SUSUKS Company VBA (SUS from Susette and UKS from Mirouska’s nickname).
Fast forward to 2025: FTP is now based in Tamarijn, operating from a modern workshop with ample space for production and techniques like Screen Printing, Vinyl, Sublimation, Embroidery, and their latest pride: a DTF Printing machine.
They dreamed big, but also poured their minds, hands, and hearts into the work. Long days, missed family events, canceled vacations all to meet customer demand. But as they say: "When a customer receives their product and is happy, we forget all the sacrifices."

During a season of doubt amid Covid, when everything felt uncertain, Susette and Mirouska were ready to innovate. They had their eyes on a White Toner Printer, but to make that dream come true, they needed support. That very day, they reached out to Qredits. "From day one, the service was top-notch," they shared. Their Account Manager was efficient, open, clear, and professional. Although it was their first time financing an ‘asset’ for their shop, Qredits gave them confidence.

The financing helped them move to the next level, investing in technology and sustainable growth.
