Mercát, meaning 'market' in the Catalan language spoken in Spain, brings a new variety of flavors, colors, and tastes to locals and guests eager to indulge in a sharing concept; perfect for families and friends!
Our menu consists of dishes ideal for sharing, including 'Greek Fried Zucchini Chips', 'Cannelloni', and 'Mussels Provençale', to name a few. The menu offers a wide variety for every palate and for those who wish to share (or not!).
The blue tones in the restaurant reflect the Mediterranean sea and coast, while the neutral colors allow for a calm and elevated gastronomic experience. Large windows in the restaurant offer the chance to enjoy the beautiful view of the Caribbean Sea. Mercát serves dishes with fresh ingredients influenced by Spain, Italy, Lebanon, Morocco, and Greece.
According to our F&B Director for the complex, Kristofer Bremstrom, the vision for Mercát is for our locals and guests to feel invited to a space where everything needed is available from morning to night. This includes seeking fresh organic coffee in the morning, a cocktail or spritzer in the evening, and enjoying a dinner with new and pleasant flavors later on.
