Share an experience that has shaped you into the person you are today and how it motivates you in your participation in the Miss Universe Aruba pageant?

In my youth, I went through an unhealthy relationship that shattered my dreams and lowered my self-esteem. I managed to overcome this experience by seeking professional help and standing up for myself. Through the Miss Universe Aruba platform, I want to inspire and motivate young girls and women going through a similar situation to break the cycle. In life, it is important to learn to love yourself, value yourself, and know what you want. Based on this, fight for your dreams and goals in life.

Aruba is known for its tourist attractions but faces challenges due to the growth of tourism and the construction of hotels. What steps do you believe should be taken to balance economic growth and environmental preservation?

Our economy is extremely important, but we must prioritize our environment. I believe it is crucial to reinforce laws that protect our environment during construction. We also need to educate our community, especially our youth, about the importance of sustainable tourism. This way, we can work together to preserve our natural beauty and, at the same time, create a stable economy.

As a potential ambassador for Aruba, how will you use your platform to improve the island's image and contribute to its development?

I will use my platform to represent the identity of our people and promote our culture and tourism. But I also want to empower young entrepreneurs through my platform, giving them the opportunity to help Aruba diversify its economy on an international level.

In an era where our understanding and perception of beauty are evolving, how would you define beauty as a participant in a beauty pageant?

Beauty goes beyond what the eyes can see. Beauty starts from within, through self-love, and manifests through the light that shines in your eyes.
