Kelly is known as a successful model in Aruba and internationally, with followers from all over the world. But what many of her followers do not know is that since the age of 23, she has carried a deep desire to become a mother one day. She comes from a family with two other siblings. Finally, two months ago, in March 2023, her dream became a reality with the birth of her son Kenzo. For Kelly, no challenge is greater than achieving this dream, and she embraces this new chapter in her life with open arms. In a very emotional way, with tears of joy in her eyes, Kelly shares her new experience and how her perspective on life has completely changed.

XM: Now that you are a mother, how has that changed your perspective on motherhood?
Kelly: "Motherhood changes you in every way, but it's where you start to live the most beautiful and loving period of your life as a mom. You realize that your way of thinking changes to such an extent that things and responsibilities take on a different value. You learn what true love and pure affection for your child means."

XM: How did you prepare for the experience of pregnancy and childbirth?
Kelly: "To be honest, in my life, there was no preparation. I just went with the flow and lived each moment and experience and left everything in the hands of God, who guided me step by step through everything."

XM: Was there anything that surprised you about the process, and how did your followers react when you shared it live on Instagram?
Kelly: "When I made my pregnancy public, I was so touched by the reaction and kind comments and wishes from many of my followers. I felt so happy every time I posted a story or photo and received messages congratulating me or sending good wishes for my baby and me."

XM: Many women face the challenge of balancing their professional aspirations with motherhood. How have you managed this balance in your life, especially being a successful model?
Kelly: "I think life has many stages, and the fact of entering motherhood doesn't take away any advantages or opportunities to continue with all your dreams. I think motherhood should come at the time you want it, and then everything will fit with everything planned for your life."

XM: Your son's name is Kenzo. What inspired you to choose that name, and what does it mean to you?
Kelly: "We were inspired by the name Kenzo because it starts with the letter K, but above all, we liked it because of its meaning. It is a name in Japanese, and the meaning of Kenzo is virtuous, good, healthy, strong, and also sensible and prudent. The truth is that it is not a very common name, and his full name is Kenzo Mathias Paesch. The name Mathias also has a nice meaning, which is a gift from God, and that was my son for me, a beautiful gift that God gave us."

XM: How has your relationship with your partner changed since becoming parents together?
Kelly: The truth is, since we found out we were going to become parents together, the news filled us with joy and made us become the best friends, boyfriend, and husband we could be. Of course, every relationship has its ups and downs, but we strive to be the best parents we can be every day.

XM: You are known for your work at DShop in Aruba. Did you ever fear losing your figure during pregnancy, considering the importance of maintaining a toned body in your profession?
Kelly: No, I never feared losing my figure. What truly concerned me was not being able to become a mother. I have always dreamed of having children, and when I found out I was pregnant, I no longer thought about my figure. I simply enjoyed every stage of pregnancy and the growth of my baby inside me. It was a wonderful gift from God.

XM: Do you have plans for the future, such as continuing your modeling career or pursuing other endeavors?
Kelly: Currently, my plan is to take care of and raise my son. But in the future, I will return to modeling as a hobby, not as a career. Additionally, in my plans is to have a daughter to be a companion for Kenzo.

XM: What does Mother's Day mean to you, and how will you celebrate it this year with your new family?
Kelly: To me, Mother's Day is a reminder of how lucky I am to be a mother and have my son with me. I don't need a special day to celebrate my motherhood, as every day is special and full of love. This year, I will celebrate it with my family, enjoying happy moments together and creating new memories with my baby.
