Dr. Renato van Putten, a primary figure in chiropractic care since December 1990, is set to introduce an innovative diagnostic tool to the Caribbean – Medical Infrared Imaging. This vision is becoming a reality thanks to the support of Qredits - Aruba.

"In December 1990, my journey as a Doctor of Chiropractic began," says Dr. Renato van Putten. He established his practice in a room at his late father, Roy van Putten's house. The challenges were many because chiropractic care, which was a new concept in Aruba at the time, was often misunderstood and met with skepticism

The confusion that arose when chiropractic services were integrated with the physiotherapy payment systems in Aruba was an unexpected challenge. But facing adversity, Renato stood strong.

Time, as the saying goes, heals everything. With time, Dr. Renato's dedication bore fruit. His practice soon expanded, relocating to Paradijswijk. There, his focus shifted especially towards athletes and those in need of rehabilitation care. The new facility gleamed with promise, where he even added a swimming pool and a holistic center to rejuvenate body and mind.

As Dr. Renato was achieving professional milestones, he discovered Medical Infrared Imaging – a diagnostic tool with the potential to revolutionize his practice. This is a device that records earlier than most conventional studies, based on the temperature of various tissues.

But innovation often comes with its challenges, especially financial ones. His hope for support from a financial institution, with which he had a 33-year relationship, received no response. He was met with silence.

Fate favors the persistent. When one door closed, another opened, and this is where Qredits came into the picture for Dr. Renato. With Qredits, he found the financial guidance he was seeking. "Their immediate response and genuine interest in my vision was something I hadn't experienced in years." "I have been in my profession for 33 years. I've dealt with different lending institutions, but never like Qredits. I give Qredits all the credit for their attention, interest in small businesses, and their support in innovation that will benefit our healthcare."

With the essential support now from Qredits, Aruba will soon be the first island in the Caribbean to introduce the innovative Medical IR device.

The introduction of Medical Infrared Imaging is not only a step forward in healthcare but also a confirmation of the innovation and progress possible when financial entities like Qredits support visionaries like Dr. Renato van Putten.
