Recently, the Caribbean Town team had a Topping Out ceremony to celebrate this milestone in the construction of Aruba's first vertical residential community, especially designed for our locals. The afternoon was graced with the presence of strategic and financial partners of Caribbean Town, as well as future homeowners of the project. This was certainly an emotional and beautiful moment, seeing the happiness on the faces of the future homeowners as they walk around in their future homes and community. Beautiful moments were also captured as future neighbors got to know each other and shared their stories of how they reserved their living space in Caribbean Town.
Caribbean Town offers our locals a completely new lifestyle, which is condo-living style! Now our locals can also experience a lifestyle that includes a community pool, a playground for the children, a pet park for family pets, a multi-functional sports court, and all of this within the convenience of a gated community! Therefore, the security and tranquility of you and your family is paramount in Caribbean Town.
In total, the project includes more than 320 dwellings ranging from a studio apartment, perfect for the young professional acquiring their first property, to a 3-bedroom villa for a family.
Soon, Caribbean Town will re-launch their sales center with a showroom to help customers experience their future home in Caribbean Town. Now, construction work continues at a good pace and by the first half of next year, 2024, the first homeowners will be moving in!
