Aruba Tourism Authority (A.T.A.) is very pleased to announce the return of the culinary festival Autentico, scheduled from October 11 to 19, 2025. This event celebrates Aruba’s culinary heritage and cultural diversity, bringing together local chefs, international talent, culinary students, and the community at large.
Autentico reflects the influence of more than 100 nationalities that shape Aruba’s food culture. From long-held family recipes to international dishes with a local twist, and innovative creations from new chefs, the festival showcases the many ways food tells the story of Aruba’s identity. More than just a food event, it serves as a platform to recognize the unique character of the island and the stories behind its cuisine.
The festival kicks off with “Restaurant Week” from October 11 to 17, during which partner restaurants across the island will offer Autentico menus at fixed prices. At the same time, select venues will host “Bucket List Experiences” exclusive events created in collaboration with renowned local and international chefs. These special experiences are designed to deliver memorable and unique dining moments.
The celebration culminates on October 18 and 19 with an open air culinary festival on Wilhelminastraat in Oranjestad. More than 40 restaurants and beverage partners will come together to showcase Aruba’s gastronomic diversity in a vibrant public setting. Tickets are available at autenticofestival.com and Super Food Plaza.
This year, the festival will also highlight the next generation of culinary talent. EPB students will run their own booths, presenting different menus developed in collaboration with their instructors.
In addition, they will take part in practical workshops, gaining valuable experience and exposure in the professional culinary world.
With Autentico, A.T.A. continues its mission to support meaningful, high-quality tourism experiences that highlight Aruba’s culture, creativity, and culinary diversity.
