The main goal was to introduce them to the latest techniques in Balayage, Hair Coloring, and Styling using L’Oreal Professionnel Paris products.
For this event, the renowned Stylist Artist and Educator of L'Oréal Professionnel, Tanja Maria, was invited to guide and mentor the stylists. A motivated group of 20 stylists from various beauty salons in Aruba attended with enthusiasm, all eager to master the art of these techniques.
The practical sessions took place at the Swift Education Center in Wayaca. Over the two days, the focus was primarily on the art of coloring, emphasizing the meticulous details of balayage and how to effectively apply contrast and dimension, using L'Oréal Professionnel's latest products.
The stylists were able to experience these techniques firsthand. Under the attentive guidance of Tanja Maria, they practiced on various 'hairdressing training heads' with real human hair. They could instantly see how the products reacted and, with the correct formula and application, achieved the desired results.
